Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for your child, please refer to our detailed size guide. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. 

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish we could accommodate, we are unable to alter or cancel an order once it is placed. However, we hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. 

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return your item for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the shipping policy?

Standard Shipping: Ships from warehouse in 3-5 business days. Delivered in 2-5 business days from ship date.

Fedex 2 Day Air : Ships from warehouse in 1-2 business days. Delivered in 2-3 business days from ship date.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Pieces didn’t work out this time? No hard feelings. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags within 15 days of marked delivery. A member of our team will be happy to assist you throughout the process. No refund or exchanges are allowed outside of this window. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after items have been washed or worn and we enforce this policy upon inspection of returned shipments.


An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, orders, animal hair, and damage
How do I ship a return?

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender and Stone Windsor is not responsible for return items lost in transit. As a small business, we greatly appreciate your understanding. 

Any orders placed within the context of a sale, or any items marked Final Sale, are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for return – please reach out to the team at hello@stonewindsor.com if you have any questions.

How will I be refunded?

Once we've reviewed and approved your refund, it will be credited within 14 days through the payment method used during checkout. 

Product Care

How do I care for my Stone Windsor?

Made from ultra-soft 100% GOTS certified Organic Cotton, our pieces should be washed with like colors on a cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to air dry or dry on a low heat setting to keep your pieces in top condition.
